We had a very special birthday boy and girl in Ms. Coady's class today. Jake turned six during the Easter holidays. He is the oldest in our class. It is Rebecca's birthday today. She is five years old. Rebecca is the youngest student in our class. We wish both Jake and Rebecca a very happy birthday!

This week's Assembly was presented by Ms Crean's Junior Infants. We began by singing a song called 'Open, Shut Them'. We love singing this song in our classroom along with another song that we performed called 'Pinocchio'. We had great fun showing everyone how to play a game as Gaeilge called 'Deir Ó Grádaigh'. Our new Frása this week was 'Tá mé ag rith'. We also had lots of news to tell everyone!
There were 2 certificates this week. One was for being a good friend and the other for the hardest worker. In our class Zoey Fenlon received the certificate for being a good friend and Kayla Pender received the certificate for the hardest worker this week.
