Next Thursday, 25th Oct., all pupils are encouraged to dress up in their Halloween outfits. A special feature this year will be the first ever 'Scoil Mhuire Crazy Hair Day'. Pupils are asked to donate €2 on the day, which will go towards fundraising for the All-Weather Pitch.

It has been a very busy few days in school. The Book Fair and Pumpkin Sale have created a great buzz around the place and both continue until tomorrow, Friday. Some new books are being delivered today and we still have some great-value pumpkins on offer. 

Congratulations to Kathleen Hall, our first repeat-winner this year, of the Split The Pot draw. Kathleen collected her second prize of the year, this time a cheque for €132. Once again, a very big thank you to everyone for supporting the Split The Pot fundraiser.

Congratulations to Catriona Fowler who was the lucky winner of our Split The Pot prize this week. Catriona collected a cheque for €145. Envelopes for next weeks draw will be sent home today. Once again, thank you to all in our school community for supporting this fundraiser.

The Book Fair returns to Scoil Mhuire next week. We will be open for business from 8.30am on Monday morning (15th Oct.). Books will also be for sale at 1.30pm and 2.30pm each day. Come along to get some exciting offers and great discounts on the latest editions.
