Leave No Trace

Practising a Leave No Trace ethic is very simple, it means Leave No Trace of your visit.  It's so simple Big Foot has been doing it for years :)

Over the coming weeks children in Scoil Mhuire will be learning all about the principles of 'Leave No Trace'.  The 'Leave No Trace' message will be highlighted at assemblies and in class and put into practice when visiting our three school gardens.  

The children of Scoil Mhuire are no strangers to taking care of their school environment and locality.  Scoil Mhuire is proud to be a Green School, we have four green flags under our belts.  To date we were awarded the Green Flag for four themes: Litter and Waste, Energy, Water and Travel.

The 'Leave No Trace' message will build on the existing work of our Green School Flags.

 Remember the message is simple:

                                                 Together We Grow,

                                                    RESPECT.
