Scoil Mhuire has been embracing the 'Leave No Trace' ethic over the last week.  Mikolaj and Callum from Mr.Gregan's class did a great job of introducing the main principle of 'Leave No Trace' at the school's Monday assemblies.  It simply means leave no trace of your visit.

Ms. Conroy's 3rd class and Ms. Kinsella's Junior infant class are looking forward to planting some copper beech hedging this Thursday, weather permitting. Parents and grandparents of these classes are very welcome to take part in the planting.  Your hard work will be rewarded with Mary Culleton's delicious soup. Don't forget your wellies.

There's lots of fresh frogspawn in our garden pond at the moment. Over the next few weeks, we'll be able to watch closely as the tadpoles emerge and hopefully we'll have lots of frogs hopping around our garden all summer long.
