May 20th is World Bee Day

As part of our ongoing commitment to biodiversity, we have allowed two ‘Clover Gardens’ to grow naturally on the school grounds. You can find these buzzing hotspots:

  • In front of the modular building.

  • Behind the family room.

Clover is a vital source of nectar for bees and other pollinators during this time of year.

Our Woodland Garden is home to a thriving bug hotel. We have had several solitary bees nesting there recently. While most, if not all of the bees have hatched by this stage, you can still spot some of them returning to visit the nesting sites.

A massive special thanks to our caretaker, Nicky. This project wouldn’t be possible without his hard work, dedication, and care in maintaining our school grounds.
